Training Record Management System

‘Do away with mountains of paperwork and invest in our proven, automated and audit-friendly Training Record Management System.’

Cell-media creates custom-designed and built management systems that effectively manage the training, competency records and distribution of users across multiple sites. Our systems can be built to meet your specific auditing requirements. With easily accessible reports and statistics, the advantages of a successfully implemented Training Record Management System (TRMS) are significant and include improved business workflows, reduction in risk, operating cost reductions and the identification of training discrepancies. By having the training in one central location, we help eliminate inconsistences and potentially conflicting information and instructions that are so prevalent in paper-based systems. The TRMS has been a remarkable success story for Cell-media and the reason why so many major companies now use our system.

Quadrant – Level Progression & Gap Analysis

Level Progression and Gap Analysis

Level Progression

Quadrant use this to highlight potential candidates who may be best suited to higher positions in the company. This encourages the end user (employee/contractor) to take greater ownership and pride in their progression as their position within the company is more transparent: indicated by a percentage (gold, silver or bronze status)

Gap Analysis

This refers to the process where Quadrant compares individuals and their level of competence training when determining likely candidates for different supervisory roles. They are able to preview a position title or site change and analyse and address training discrepancies before making the change.

Glencore – Competency verification

Competency verification

Site access for personnel is dependent on the candidate being able to prove they are competent to complete their work safely. This includes the candidate supplying various documents and licences which then need to be verified by the site host. For Glencore’s Queensland coal operations, Cell-media provided a system that allows contractors to easily upload photo identification, medical clearance, test results and proof of competency. Glencore can now expect contractors to arrive on site already verified and ready to start work.
